In the unlikely event that your delivered product from Benjamin Scott luxury skincare is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order and we will automatically replace it with a product of equal value if evidence is sufficient to conclude the product was damaged during transit or is faulty. All we require is a photograph via email of the damaged goods and damaged packaging sent to the following email:

To exchange an item you have purchased, Please send the item back to us in its original packaging, unused and unopened.

When exchanging a product, the cost for returning the item must be paid for by the customer.

Once the returned item is received by us, we will send to you a product of your choice to equal product value of the returned item. We will pay for the shipping cost back to you.
